Structure of C Purlin Roll Forming Machine
C Purlin machine could produce C purlin with many different dimensions (see sample drawing), it consists of 5 tons auto decoiler, straighten rollers, holes punching device, forming rollers, hydraulic cutting device, PLC controller and auto stacker.
Working Process
Coiler loading → feeding-in with guiding (metal sheet is guided into the first forming station) → straighten → rolling & forming → holes punching → cutting → stacker running out
